Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of mind

• Color preferences

• Buyer’s remorse

Please refer to the size chart provided on each product page before ordering.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges for sizing issues. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend reviewing the product measurements carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. Once production begins, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
